When I was done with this picture, I thought this looked like a movie poster for some sci-fi movie starring Arnold Schwarzenneger as the astronaut/alien hero, and two Bond girls… I never stop being amazed at what can be discovered in smoke…

I think it's a shame you haven't had more comments on this. I think it's really clever and I like it a lot. I assume there's a lot of post-production going on here. It'd be good to know how you did it, but nice shot, anyway.
i have to do an english project an we had to pick an abstract picture, i choose this one, it was hard for me to pick because you have so many. for my project i wrote this small summary of what i believed it to mean….
this abstract photo from lumendipity represents to the audience the masculinity of smoking and the empowerment the media try's to push on it's audience. If you smoke you will be cool you can have women like this strong figure in the center. the artist putting the man in the center helps you to imagine this empowerment, that smoking will give you. the the artist is using ethos, he believes you will appeal to this strong masculine figure. its his belief that make it ethos therefore he is also using pathos, b/c hes playing of your emotions of wanting popularity or the need to be wanted, even for that matter fitting in. and last but not least this brings him to using logos, he uses logic about peoples emotions, appeals an beliefs of what people akin more towards ;p
